Having read the health benefits of theanine and being a caffeine addict I decided to give it a try to give me a linear and stable level of focus.It did not disappointment. Felt focused and clear after taking it in the morning with my coffee. I usually have brain fog in the morning which takes a double espresso and then a couple more coffees in the morning to clear - I am just not a morning person regardless of how many hours of sleep. I had one espresso + 1 capsule... and then mid-morning had a normal instant coffee more out of habit and felt awake, focused and relaxed.There do not appear to any side effects of Theanine however, I decide to stick with one capsule in the morning to kick start the day.

I feel absolutely no difference, even by taking 600mg (3 tabs). I tried it in the morning and also before bed, in both case I has no effect. However I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, maybe it just doesn't work on me. The smell is somewhat weird, it smells a bit like plaster or paint. Not sure that's how it should smell.

I have been taking it for over a couple of weeks now. I tablet a day. Feel more relaxed and able the think more rationally. Also sleeping better. Less anxious. Really pleased with it.

Really helped my daughter at bedtime with her high anxiety and sleep and myself while stopping alcohol,very easy to swallow and good value for money

At the dosage listed and the price I expected this would be a quality product. It did nothing at all.Years ago I bought a very cheap US product with a much lower dosage (100mg). These were very effective. After 5 years of being opened and used on and off over idffecernt periods of time (no longer than 3nights in a row), they were still effective. In comparison this 250mg dosage is because the theanine must be very poor and of very low quality. Totally overpriced for a useless product.

My favorite supplement to take when I want a calm energy and focus 👍 Put of the several L-Theanine supplements I've tested, this seems like a good quality product. Very happy with the purchase - worth the money spend!
