This product is good if you want to connect a mouse, keyboard, and screen to your laptop this is why I bought it and does a good job. ONLY that sometimes you have to unplug and plug in again the mouse or keyboard for the laptop to recognize them.

The HDMI and the external hard drive do not work at the same time!!!! Got the device replaced, and the new one is the same, the HDMI and external hard drive do not work at the same time. If you want to use HDMI and external hard driver at the same time do not buy this. Pen drives work, but not external hard drive.

This unit allows me to run my TV with a HDMI cable and simultaneously charge my laptop battery. The adapter fits easily in my laptop case without being bulky. It has a nice carry case too. It comes with a rubber tip covering the usbc plug that keeps dust and debris out.

I LIKE IT, SUPPORTS SAMSUNG DEX, TYPE C VIDEO ADAPTER (HDMI), CAN USE DEX PLUS CHARGE MOBILE AT SAME TIME THROUGH USB CABLE. ALSO, SUPPORT BLUETOOTH DEVICES LIKE KEYBOARD AND MOUSE.

CANNOT USE HDMI AND EXTERNAL DRIVE AT THE SAME TIME. THE HDMI CONNECTION ONLY WORKED ABOUT 5 TIMES. NOT A GOOD PRODUCT.
