These are to use straight out of the box. They are of a small design and so are for table top photography. They are bright and the different coloured shades work well. Impressed with the build quality especially as they are on the cheaper side.

The light Diffusion is enough to stop the lights from having hard edges.They don't run very warm so you are unlikely to ever need to replace the filters.They are quite stable even with the legs partially tooked in but you will want to position the feet effectively to avoid tipping it while you adjust. The light is quite easy to adjust but with their short stature, there isn't much reason to point them up or down.Downsides are that the 2m cable could be an extra Metre longer, that you need a socket per light and that there is no brightness toggle.If you just need some basic lighting for a small backdrop or Tabletop Photography, these will do the job.

I purchased these to use as macro lights and I am not disappointed. They are small, easy to store, give enough white bright defused light, you can attach coloured filters for mood lighting. They are well made and well designed. The pull out stand works fine. Overall they are the perfect product at the perfect price for my needs. I can certainly recommend them.

Great lights. Very natural light and very bright. Handy little tripod built in. Great that it works of mains and not batteries. super price and you get two! Comes with coloured filters and a defuser, if I had one grumble it'd be that it could do with a filter that defuses the light more than the default defuser as it does reflect quite harshly from glossy surfaces. But you can buy some cheap paper defusers if need be. That's what I did.

Congratulations, lights that come with a uk plug already attached. Job done as far as I’m concerned.I’ve been through three sets of so called neewer lights and all of them have stopped working very quickly.These lights also have switches under the lights themselves which for me is a bonus. They are perfect for my fill light requirements and I would recommend. However I’ve not had them for too long so will update21St Feb 2023 update. Lights are still both functioning as you would expect. I’ve also now bought another set for another studio set up.Still recommend.

I bought these for live streaming, to even out my room lighting and make my stream higher quality.For £30 you get two of these lights, and they are very solid for what I needed them for. Improved my camera quality tenfold. Massively worth the price.However there is no brightness lowering option, meaning i’ve had to point mine at a wall so that the light bounces back towards me, instead of looking dead at it, as I don’t fancy being permanently flash banged, or feel like i’m being interrogated by the FBI.Regardless the build quality is great and they’re very bright. Perfect for late night use, but aren’t great for outdoor photography as they only use a mains plug.

Fab little lights, I wanted something to light up my kitchen for when I do my lives or tutorials. I was really worried they wouldn't be bright enough. They do work best if closer than 2m to what you want lighting up, but the 2 work absolutely amazing and I'm extremely happy I chose these over large photographer light boxes for a couple of hundred!!! Absolutely fantastic really impressed!!!

Suitable for a one-off job but supplied with the wrong plugs for UK use.Very disappointing.
