Works exactly as it should.
Worked straight from the box. Those saying it doesn't have voice control simply haven't realised the button has moved from the side to the front of the unit. Glad I spent the extra and got an official replacement.

Very good control. Volume buttons need set up.
Easy set up. Volume control related to TV model. If the volume buttons don’t work on the Sky remote you need to press 1 & 3 together and follow the on-screen instructions and the Sky box will help you find your TV model and when it does the volume buttons will work. At least mine did. Hope this helps.
