First, the shipping time was impeccable, it arrived within the first week of purchasing it. The sound is beautiful and quality is amazing, and I love that they are hand-made. My only issue was that a few of the reeds were stuck. After contacting the seller, he gave me a video to help me fix it, but was unfortunately unsuccessful, the seller let me keep the original and is sending another one to me. I will without a doubt be buying from Cozinest more in the future. Amazing customer service!

This was a gift for my older son, and while we had trouble with stuck reeds on the first instrument they shipped me, the seller quickly resolved the issue. When the remedy they recommended didn't fix it, they sent a replacement instrument that worked much better. I recommend this seller for good communication and ensuring we were satisfied with the purchase. The khaen has a remarkable sound that even beginners can master quickly.

UPDATE: they sent a new Khaen so quickly after informing them of the broken instrument they initially sent. Rating is now 4 stars (-1 for getting sent a broken device to begin with.) But here is the message from my father- whose gift it was: “ 5 star, A+++ review for excellent communications, excellent customer service and very fast shipping. Tell them the new packaging was perfect and protected it well. It arrived in flawless condition and sounds AMAZING. They even included a few cool Khaen keychains as a bonus...”Old Review:I was so excited to order this for my dad for father's day. It arrived sooner than we expected (within about 1 week) but it arrived quite broken as seen in the photos.The adhesive and electrical tape wrapped around the main part of the organ (part A) was not properly attached, allowing air to escape... which means the entire khaen produces no sound at all. You can even see that cardboard paper is still stuck to it, as if they didn't wait for the adhesive to dry before shipping it over to the US.For over $130, this is truly appalling. I'm quite disappointed and would expect much more thoughtful craftsmanship and quality assurance in Khaen. This experience and product do NOT match up with the price point.I've contacted the seller and expect to hear from them soon. This issue seemed to have happened to another buyer previously and they sent them a new one shortly after complaining. Once I do hear back from them, I will update my review.

When this instrument first arrived, it was amazing. It sounded great and was very fun to play. Unfortunately, about a week or so later it started getting worse. It began playing notes even when I wasn't covering any holes. I have no idea how to repair this, as this was my first wind instrument. It is practically unplayable now. When I attempt to play any chords, it just sounds ugly and sad. I contacted the seller and hope to hear back from them soon, as I really do love this instrument. I will absolutely edit this review if things are amended.EDIT: I contacted the seller about the issue and he gave me a Youtube video of a guy speaking Thai to "fix" my issue. This did not work at all, and I feel I've been scammed. I bought this instrument to use for a much longer time, not just 2 weeks. It's such a shame this happened because I really did have a blast playing it when I first got it, before it became unplayable. I will edit this message if the seller tries to do anything more to fix my issue, but for now, I will leave it as 1 star.

So delivery was said to arrive around October but it came a few days later. It sounds amazing. Packaged really good so it never arrives damaged. Came with a cute panflute keychain. Comes with a bag to carry it and a packet where they give you some history, how to repair it and so many Youtube channels where you can learn how to play it. I cant wait to play it. and i wish Absolutly wish to give 10 stars.
