I wanted to love these, and I think the product is fine, but they gave me stomach ache/cramping feeling a few hours after use. I wondered why I was getting daily stomach aches so I stopped taking them and the aches stopped. I had the same issue with this brand and their raw D3. I don’t think I normally have a sensitive stomach so I’m not sure what the issue was for me, so just a heads up!

Glad to have found a natural source product without chemicals. I would’ve preferred 1000g in one capsule rather than 500g in two capsules, but at least they are food sourced.
