Best makeup remover I’ve found.
Very easy to use. Once rubbed into my face it removes all traces of makeup and washes off without leaving an oily residue like many makeup removers do, nor drying out my skin. It has a distinct peach smell which I like but others may not enjoy as much. I find it very good quality for money and this has become a repeat purchase for me.

Not bad just not for the oily skin tribe
It does what describe and smells nice, but unfortunately I have greasy skin and even though I washed my face after I still felt a bit oily after using this. I'm sure if you have normal or dry skin this will feel great but it felt as if I wasn't fully clean due to the oily residue.I still give it 4* because it does what it says it will do and removed my makeup well. I just didn't feel like my skin was compatible and that's a me problem. If you are oily proned I wouldn't suggest buying this. I will be going back to the Garnier charcoal micellar gel that works for my skin type and helps control my oily areas and melts my makeup off just as well as this product.

Magic makeup dissolver
Dissolves make-up without too much rubbing. I use as a hot cloth cleanser. Scoop a small amount onto damp hands, smooth over face and in circular motion around eyes. Wipe with a damp muslin or microfibre cloth, rinse cloth clean and wipe face again. Follow with toner on cotton pad. Magically dissolves make-up with ease and great for sensitive skin. I feel moisturised without oily residue. Great for travel as it’s more like a solid balm which melts to an oil in the warmth of your hands. I’ve used expensive hot cloth big brand cleansers in the past which left make-up behind and made my skin feel dry and tight. This is an excellent product and I wouldn’t be without it.

Artificial scent
These caught my eye when looking for a new cleansing balm. They were very good value for money and I was excited to try them. They both removed makeup really well, including mascara. The balm is easy to rinse off. The only negative for me is the scent of both balms. It's very artificial and overly sweet, verging on sickly. I'm not normally fussed by smells but this has deterred me from rushing to repurchase. The product does however do the job and for a bargain price!

Great. Even sensitive skin
I wanted a balm but have sensitive skin. This is gentle and I have had no problems with it. Has a delicate peachy smell. It’s the texture of a much lighter Vaseline and clear. Very light when u rub on to your face and just wipe off with water and a cloth or I use toner also.

Useless Cleansing Balm. Don’t buy!
Oh, where do I even begin with this product? It proudly boasts about removing waterproof makeup in its description, but conveniently forgets to mention one tiny detail: DO NOT use it on your eyes. You know, that place where a good chunk of your makeup tends to reside? Yeah, that's off-limits for this so-called magical cleansing balm. Surprise!Of course, you only find out about this delightful little caveat once you actually receive the product and read the fine print. It's like a secret disappointment package, just for you. So much for effortlessly bidding farewell to your waterproof mascara and eyeliner. It's almost as if they want you to keep that panda eye look going strong. But wait, there's more! Using this product for a morning cleanse is apparently a terrible idea as well. Not only does it fail to make your skin feel fresh and clean, but it actually manages to achieve the impressive feat of making your skin feel dirtier than before. Congrats, cleansing balm, you've surpassed all expectations in the wrong direction. And let's not forget the grand finale: the Sahara Desert effect. Yes, this wonderful product excels at leaving your skin feeling dry and parched, as if you've been wandering through the desert without a drop of water. Ah, the joy of having your skin scream for moisture while you're desperately searching for a redeeming quality.I must admit, I had high hopes for this product. I wanted to fall head over heels in love with it, but alas, it turned out to be nothing more than a cruel waste of money. Even at its price tag, it couldn't justify its existence in my beauty routine. So, unless you enjoy disappointment and feeling like you've thrown your hard-earned cash into a bottomless pit, I'd recommend steering clear of this disappointing excuse for a cleansing balm.
