This one, Now Iron 18 mg, 120 Veg Capsules is the one I always buy. I have low iron and this keeps me up to par. The veggie capsule is a real plus. My doctor said to take it with vitamin c.

But whenever you go beyond the RDA dose you should consult medical (not Amazon answers) and also not plan on staying at that dose for long. Real food is always the answer. Supplements and drugs are to fix things, not maintain them. Remember that.
