It cuts great. I saw some reviews about this chain saying things about it being an older style chain which causes "kick back" but I experienced nothing like that. I drove it into the dirt for a couple seconds and the teeth went dull instantly making it close to unuseable, that's why I give it a 3 star, just an average chain. I think unless you buy a Stihl saw you're going to get chains made to dull quickly. I have to give myself credit though for running it into the dirt.
