Looks Great! Functions as intended!This is very easy unit to mount. It comes with a little mounting template that helps you position it just rght (I do suggest you use a level to keep it alighned).Something that I wish would be better designed - the cord guides/covers. Unfortunately they are not very steady when they are locked into place. They tend to fall off. I used plastic zip-ties to keep the cord covers from disconneting fom the articulating arm itself. However, the overall quality of the unit is nice, solid, and easy to adjust as necessary. I have purchased it serveral times.

The thing is wonderfully light and strong. Design and instructions are excellent.It took an hour to set up only because I had to go from one end of the house to the other for tools. If I'd had everything laid out it would have been 30 minutes.It says not to drive the lag bolt with a power drill but use ratchet and socket so you don't overdrive into the stud and weaken the connection. I was about to use a power drill anyway then I noticed they used an 11cm hex head on the lag bolt and I only have that on my 1/4" drive ratchet set. I drove the 3/8" holes with my power drill, and the provided lag bolts went in quickly enough with the ratchet. Easy-peazy. I give it a sixth star for using non-standard hex head so not letting me jam the bolts in with my impact drive. Adjustments were simple and well-marked, and the cable tracks are well designed and simple to operate, although it won't hold a lot of cables. It supports my monitor very firmly and has a wide range of operation..A couple of days before, I had sent back a heavy, steel desk mounted arm from another manufacturer that was actually more difficult to set up. After I'd pieced it together and assembled everything on the desk, the arm would not hold up the computer. It had an assembly error in the arm adjustment pin that was not fully inserted. That took me an hour and a half to figure out. It was easy to return through UPS though.This light wall mount, if you have a few tools, is much simpler and better, and has a higher capacity, than any desk mount arm.. I love this lever arm for my 27" Dell monitor and I'm receiving no gratuities for saying so.

Took me a minute to mount, you need the proper tools and make sure you figure out where the studs in your wall are BEFORE you order so you know if you need to move furniture or not. Otherwise, install was easy if you follow directions, the mount is sturdy and holds my monitor well. The tilt and movement is perfect on it, not stiff at all and all the bits and bobs needed to mount it were included for me. You will need a stud finder, a power drill and a pencil, but everything else should be included for you.

For the price I paid. I am very happy with this purchase. I run an LG 27 inch gaming monitor on this bracket. It fits perfectly and was super easy to install. The flexibility and the mobility of this bracket is very useful at times being able to pull the screen closer, up down , spin it. I’m very happy with how mobile this bracket is and how strong it feels. I did have an issue with the under plastic holders where you put the wires in to keep it retained to the bracket arm. It seem like every time I’d move. They pop off since they are just a push and slide in place. I did put a little piece of tape on the side that fix that problem. To me it didn’t bother me to have to put that piece of tape to keep it from falling off, but if you’re somebody who doesn’t wanna have to do that then this bracket isn’t for you. But for anybody else, it is definitely worth its value. I am very happy with this purchase and I would recommend this to a friend still.

I used this wall mount to hold the control screen for my CNC machine, and it’s been a great solution. The motion is smooth and the mount holds its position well. Setup was straightforward, and the included hardware made installation clean and easy.If you're looking for a solid wall mount that can handle a bit more industrial use, not just office monitors, I highly recommend this one. It’s held up great so far in my shop environment.

The tilt is awesome, size is great, super sturdy, and all the hardware you need to install it is included with the mount. Money well spent

Used this mount for a 24" kitchen TV and it works perfectly.Everything needed was included in the box and it all went together very easily.The movement of the mount is not the best I have seen in terms of smoothness, but it is good for situations where the TV or Monitor is not going to be moved around all the time. The gas spring works well, it lifted up the Vizio 24" with less than 50% usage on the lift balance adjustment screw.The Mount Pro wall mount looks really nice in White and fit in perfectly with the White walls of the Kitchen.The TV itself is held on properly and is actually very easy to release from the mount with a single thumb screw at the back and a lift up will separate the TV with the VESA plate from the main mount.The viewing angle the mount offers is good at almost side to side angle but has limits tilting up and down.

I ordered 2 of these for my office but the spring on the arms does not function properly (yes I followed all the directions) causing the arm to shoot upwards and snap back with a lot of force all on it's own
