Q: Does this ball come with free air inside? The last ball I purchased arrived deflated and I had to supply my own air, very disappointing.

arrives deflated hence advertising a pump to go with it. Beware tho. as inserting needle forcibly without lube ( moist lick will do} will damage valve and you will be more disappointed than before. good ball.

Q: What is the difference between impel, impel max and impel plus?

One is your cheap basic, the max has added suspension mounting, and the plus has added suspension mountings plus a storage fridge

Ball sizes depend on the age of the child not their size. These are the sizes for youth football. Under 7,to 8/9 – Size 3 ball 9-13/14 – Size 4 ball 14+– Size 5 ball (professional)

My club has 20 of these balls,but they only are used on a 3g astro pitch ,I would think they would've ok on a hard surface.
