Father Christmas bought this for our son and it’s perfect for a weekend project
Our son was doing a weather project at school and it just so happened that Father Christmas brought this for his Xmas present. One weekend we got it out and assembled it together (easy for our 6 year old to do himself with a little guidance). We were able to strap it to our fence and calculate the wind speed and rainfall over a few days. It’s now 2 months on and it’s still going strong despite some very strong winds recently. I would def recommend this as a STEM toy for reception-through to junior x

Poor quality
Thermometer doesn’t work at all which is one feature we needed to record. Return window closed so I couldn’t return it if faulty.

Two faulty birthday presents unfortunately
We bought two of these but sadly the speed dial for the wind speed were stuck on both. It was a real shame as it seemed to be well designed and of educational value had they worked. Both were returned.
