I have used facial hair remover products for a while but this is the first rechargeable one I have used. It works well on facial hair, smooth shave, no pain, looks good and easy to use.

Bought this product April 2023, it's been working ok apart from the last month its fully charged and only works in spits and spats not good, I would like a replacement or refund please

This item is nicely packaged in a sturdy box (not plastic) with a foam insert to keep the product secure. The box also contains a usb charging cable and a cleaning brush, together with the instructions and a discount voucher. It's slightly larger than a lipstick, more like a perfume atomiser size, but is much smaller than similar items from other manufacturers, so great for travel. It has a poweful light, which is useful, and is fairly quiet when operating. Highly recommended.

Das kleine formschöne Produkt tut, was es soll, lästige Gesichtshaare schmerzfrei entfernen. Aber es ist nur ein normales Rasiergerät! Was heißt das? Es bleiben feine Stoppeln stehen! Ich hatte auf glatte Haut gehofft, weil ich den Rezensionen glaubte. Die Stoppeln spürt man vielleicht nicht mit dem Finger, wohl aber mit Zunge oder Lippen rund um den Mund. Ein gewöhnungsbedürftiges Gefühl...
