Manufacturers dosage too high
The max daily dosage studied is 200mg of this extract. The manufacturers recommended dosage of 1200mg is harmful and reckless.

Another staple in my supplement regimen.
Longjack has always worked for me and this product is the hardest hitter I've tried. My strength is way up and body fat has reduced dramatically! (Also, the wife is pleased, an excellent side effect!) Buy it!!

Good Value + Very Good Quality
Tried another brand of Longjack that had twice the quantity but had no effect. Carlyle has the real deal; quality at a fair price.

Effective Supplement
This Longjack formula is a very effective supplement for maximizing erectile function (hardness). Combine with L-citrulline, pine bark, and red panax ginseng for optimal performance.
