This is the first time I've used turkesterone so I didn't know what to expect and was quite surprised after finishing one bottle. My diet is not perfect but pretty much in check, high protein, medium carbs and fat. Training is medium to light weight, high volume, I was taking Turk 2x day, saw results in strength, endurance, recovery, vascularity and can see gains in the mirror, I would say this is a good product and look forward to finishing my second bottle.

I would say after taking this for a month, 2 pills a day (1 before and one after my workout) I noticed growth in my arms first. I would say they also became a little more vascular but I would also say I have good genetics. However, after taking it for a while my legs I believe grew. Pants felt a little tighter and same with some shorts. However, I do lift 6-7 days a week most weeks since I am in school and have the time to do so and im also 22. But overall, for $50 and a little bit of time.. I would say this was worth every dollar. Strength I dont train a ton besides bench and it went up a little. However, overall I would say every body part has gotten stronger and I believe this helped with a plateau. But, a couple weeks to a month it took me to really believe I was noticing something.

I really like this product as I can feel the effect few days after using. But I have noticed that my hair is thinner now and falling more. Not as aggressive as my experience with another supplements like DHEA, but it is certainly falling more than before using it. Not sure why since Turkestrone shouldn’t have side effects in regards to hair thinning from What I have heard!

I purchased Nutriissa's Turkesterone product about a week ago and I have noticed some serious improvements in my strength. At 1 gram a day, I have seen my lifts go up by 5%. Taking into consideration that I was at a strength plateau for quite a while, this is incredible to see! I will continue taking this supplement and update my post as time goes on. Seeing as the product is working wonders, I have come to the conclusion that Nutriissa's Turkesterone is high quality while providing a greater quantity of the supplement at the same price as comparable brands.

I would like to request a refund! After taking this product I had a terrible allergic reaction! It created terrible itchy hives & even an itchy left palm of my hand. So, I stopped taking this product & the next day the itchiness & hives started to subside.I never had a reaction like this from any product! PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I am not noticing any significant changes after taking this supplement for 3 weeks (currently taking 4 per day). During the 1st week I had a noticeable increase in energy (2 per day). I am starting to see improvements to my physique but I increased my training and improved my nutrition since starting. My strength has remained about the same. I have the same soreness following a hard training session. I recommend trying this supplement for a month before you go out purchase a year supply. I am not sure if this supplement lives up to it's hype.

This product is definitely worth it compared to everything else on the market. You get the value worth and aren't being charged a premium just bc of a brand name. A week or two in you definitely feel more full muscle wise, it does feel adaptogenic as well, I feel that I recover quicker and am able to lift heavier even when cutting back on carbs for the summer. Totally looking forward to continue the use and see where the natty gains take me. Thanks, Nutriissa!

I've done my research and know how turkesterone should work. When I initially bought this product I was worried about how legit it was and if the dosage was enough to be effective. That being said, I took 2 caps yesterday and 2 caps today. Just finished my first gym session on this product today and I can say I am already feeling the positive effects. Weights move easier, I don't feel as sore or tired, and my recovery is faster. I recommend this for anyone who has trouble recovering from workouts or has to also work a manual labor job. I feel far less exausted than before.
