We’ve been having issues of off and on residual cigarette smoke smell through our shared townhouse vents as well as a hint of stinky litter box. Decided to give this one a try and instantly it killed whatever lingering odor was in the air.Really does smell like a Westin, W, Hotel Indigo kind of high end scent. Very refreshing, a bit on the citrus side without being harsh. If you’re using it as a spray, only a little bit is needed and lasts for hours thus far. Going to try a couple other decent they have. Also pet safe which is a huge plus! WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This is the smell that everyone likes. We use it on special occasions and family gatherings. Everyone always remarks how well smells without it being overpowering.I like that this formulation works in any type of diffuser that I use it with and works well. I can't say that about other brands. I like the added touch of a spray on top in case you need that too.

I absolutely loved 1 way ( whipped vanilla smells nice but gave me a headache 😔 spoke to the owner that was so nice to accommodate me on a different scent “ the Ritz Carlton one I can’t wait!!! I been using these different oils for a couple months now and I’m very impressed! I spoke to the company directly and they were absolutely amazing to work with highlySuggest this for any diffusers

It's off just a bit but that's enough that I won't buy this one again. I got another brand in a smaller bottle that's much more of that Westin white tea scent than this.

I'm giving 5 stars! Here's why: I ordered the Eucalyptus Globulus and was really looking forward to using it. But when it arrived, it was only then that I forgot to check if the scent is good for dogs. Apparently not, according to online sources.TL/DR spoke with David from the company. He told me to keep the oil and gift to someone AND he sending out a diffusor oil that is pet friendly, one of his newer scents. Can't wait.But more importantly, it was the customer service that is deserving of FIVE STARS!/bklyn👑

The scent is perfect but it does leave a greasy residue when it comes out of the diffuser which is a bit disappointing.
