I found this amazing product after reading "Kiss Your Dentist Goodbye" by Ellie Phillips which basically tells you to (in this order which is important):1) Use CloSYS for 30 seconds and do not rinse2) Brush your teeth for 2 minutes (I floss first)3) Use an anti-sceptic rinse like Listerine for 30 seconds4) Either rinse with fluoride for 1 minute or (in the case you don't trust fluoride) use Xylitol as a rinse to counteract the alcohol in the anti-sceptic rinseI healed 3 serious cavities in about 2 months. The dentist couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe it. I have xrays. Blew the dentist away. Plus my teeth were whiter than they had ever been before. Get that book too, explains it all, shows the scientific research, talks about stuff like xylitol gum, and has a LOT more info.So, I looked up the chemicals to find out how this stuff works. Here's a list of the ingredients in order of their amounts: water, stabilized chlorine dioxide, trisodium phosphate, citric acidFirst, a small explanation on where cavities come from. The two types of bacteria most frequently associated with cavities and periodontal disease are anaerobic, which means they live where there is little oxygen. Oxygen in your saliva actually kills them but if you sleep with your mouth open or have dry mouth, you will have problems (and bad breath).Sugar is also a problem, but surprisingly not because of sugar. But that same bacteria eats the sugar and literally poops acid that wrecks your teeth. Yes, bacteria poop is the stuff that rots your teeth. Ask your dentist.So here's how CloSYS works:1) Chlorine dioxide: attacks the volatile sulfur gases in your mouth, neutralizing them and the smell they produce. Also produces oxygen that kills the anaerobic bacteria in your mouth.2) Trisodium phosphate: An alkaline solution used as a cleaning agent, food additive, stain remover, and degreaser. This safely cleans and bleaches your teeth.That's it. It works well and is worth the price tag. Gentle. My teeth are very sensitive. I keep in my mouth about 5 minutes and rinse because if I leave on my teeth for 30 minutes will make my teeth feel very sensitive for about a day. Works great and the best for sensitive teeth. The best one!

I use the mouthwash product as part of an oral health system developed by Dr. Ellie Phillips. The product is very good, has virtually no taste (to me), and seems to do what it is supposed to. The plastic container which holds the mouthwash could be improved upon. So far, I have received one shipment in which the container had cracked during shipment. This caused most of the mouthwash to leak out into the plastic bag which the bottle was wrapped in. In my opinion, the container would be better if it wasn't prone to cracking, possibly a thicker wall or a different type of plastic.

I love this mouthwash because it does the task without burning you, has helped with my irritated gums, and most importantly for me, NO FLAVOR! If only I had this as a child I'd imagine my gums wouldn't have receded as much as they have. I get so sick of the way too powerful mint flavors in toothpaste, flossers, and mouthwashes. With this mouthwash(or mouth rinse as it is called in this case) I no longer have a single thing in my dental supplies that contain mint that sickens me. I use a Jason's toothpaste that has cinnamon flavoring instead as well. None of that halfway stuff like cinnamint. I also use flossers that have charcoal on the string. Still have mint but easy to rinse away.Now back to the mouthwash, I am not sure about strengthening the teeth but I have noticed improvements in my breath, reduced tartar, and gums. For me I didn't care about the included mint oil. I am sure it's a great item. I just prefer the unflavored water like taste. It has something in it that is a slight taste that I can't describe but it's no worse than unfiltered tap water.Regarding the amount I use. I no longer fill up to halfway in a 3 fl oz dixie cup. I aim for about 1/4th to 1/3rd in the 3 fl oz cup and it's still plenty to swish around and gargle with. It allows the product to last longer and is easier on the wallet.

My mouth feels cleaner after using this! I will say though, there is no flavor or tingling, so it feels like you’re swooshing water in your mouth.

My fav mouthwash ever. No taste. Like water and works awesome. Has an ingredient than kills bacteria and germs. Helps with mouth sores, tongue bites, and is the best for bad breathe.

I love this mouthwash because it does a fantastic job of cleaning my tongue and mouth and doesn’t leave a taste that lingers for hours. I’ve never used a mouthwash that cleans the scum off my tongue like this. Very gentle and doesn’t dry my mouth out; I tend to suffer from dry mouth and this really helps!
