Difficult to know sometimes if supplements are effective as the benefits are / can be subtle. However I think gives me more stamina with exercise if you take the suggested 6 before exercise. I’ve had folk tell me they supplement and compliment PDE5i meds - but I couldn’t possibly comment on that front, but can see this may be possible.

I took these on a couple of occasions before going on my regular bike ride, I definitely felt a little more boost than I did previously doing the same route, whether that was my imagination or there was actually more blood getting to where I need it I'm not 100% but it felt that way.
