Perfect for the hospital to wipe clean!
I recommend this belt, it was perfect for the hospital moving from patient to patient. Very easy to clean.

Flexible and not too hard
I have worked with many of these belts in the past and most brands are too rigid and uncomfortable to use. This one is not.
