I now have a renewed appreciation for turntable design and suspect this book to become a classic in the art/design world.

I bought this book for my girlfriend who use to DJ and because we're record collectors. It is an amazing book about the history of turntables with beautiful photos and great design layout. I loved seeing some of the unique and interesting old-school phonographs & turntables.This is a cool coffee table book that any person would love and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves music.

Love this book lots of great pictures for those of us who love the sight of a hi end or even a not so hi end turntable, and full of historical information. Only one small quibble I would love to see some of the eccentric designs from Nottingham Analog in the book. But in general a work of beauty almost as beautiful as a girodec.
