Liked how Cathe shows alternative ways of doing a particular exercise if your having problems with it or it’s your first time exercising. With the bands you work every part of your body even, within a month you’ll notice changes in your body, bands are safer the using weights. Recommend getting both sets of bands its worth it

I preordered this directly from Cathe’s website and found it so disappointing-she switches moves so quickly that I had to keep pausing in order to get out the right band and set it up.I also felt it was way too easy and some moves with the band were just awkward.The Glutes dvd was better,but even that one seemed too easy coming from Cathe.Felt that she rushed through these workouts-the bands are good though so I guess the bands were worth the money since my other cloth bands were too stiff .
