This 5-HTP does exactly what I hoped it would. I use it to help control my appetite, so it was recommended to take 300mg (3 pills) 30 minutes before meals, and it really works! Also, 5-HTP is known to be a mood elevator and help with sleep, and I have also experienced both of those benefits while using this product. I like that it is pure and has no fillers! Highly recommend it!

Great for sleep and mood elevation I take it at night and by next morning feel alert and well rested. Helps to raise seretonin levels

Efficace, mais quelques effets secondaires
À raison d'une gélule le soir, j'ai vu une nette amélioration pour l'endormissement et l'humeur en général.Cependant, les trois premiers jours, j'ai eu l'effet inverse, avec l'impression d'avoir bu 10 cafés et des brûlures d'estomac quelques heures après la prise. Ces effets ont ensuite disparu, mais j'ai ressenti un peu de somnolence en journée...Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucune indication sur la posologie, car il est impossible de savoir les doses recommandées...

Très bon produit efficace sans contre indication sauf anti-dépresseurs
mon fils et moi sommes asperger(autistes de haut niveau) donc stress de haut niveau, nous avons tenté ce produit, étonnamment il apporte de la sérénité permettant d'allonger la durée de concentration au Lycée et de ce fait évite le pic de tension nerveuse et donc de besoin de récupération permettant de travailler sur une plage horaire étendue par exemple pour le travail maison de retour du Lycée. Si j'avais eu ça il y a 30 ans lors de ma formation informatique, ça aurait été moins dur à vivre et je n'aurais pas passé mon temps à me discipliner pour sans cesse pour apprendre encore et toujours jusqu'à pas d'heure.Les indications sont pas claires pris avant le repas il peut aussi servir de coupe faim, quant aux doses du fait d’absence de contre indication sauf anti dépresseurs pour laquelle il faut consulter c'est à chacun d'équilibrer ses prises. A noter qu'apparemment il augmente la spermatogenèse sans être un excitant sexuel
