Arrived with one of the fleur finials broken in half.Have arranged to return for full refundThe rod and brackets are metal but the finials are made from resinDisappointed but am going to reorder in the hope that the second one will arrive intact

One of the fleur de lis's arrived broken and the seller replaced this and a spare, also two complimentary tassels were sent. The seller was very good in wanting customers to be pleased with the product. My tapestry is now hanging on a wall and looks very nice with the rail and fleur de lis's.
