Does what it should. Was easy to install in a few minutes. Note do not flip switches without reading as apparently the switch on the back is to 'permanently' disable the unit once it's life span is over (10 years) and if you accidentally flip this switch it's then trash.This was installed in the hallway and I do notice at night an occasional blue flash as the screen lights up for a second, I assume it's a self test or something and seems to be normal.

Got this to replace my very out dated smoke detector I have. Instructions made this easy to install and had it in place in minutes. Glad to now add a up to date smoke detector in a place that I trust will warn me if there is danger of a fire or CO2 in my home.

Easy to install and a good price.I needed 4 units and found it strange that I could only buy 2 if I bought individual units, but I could buy a 3-pack and a single!

I really like that all three detectors alert at the same time. Very easy to set-up. The monthly test works as promised. The company responds to questions quickly. Great smoke detector for the money.

Awesome smoke detectors! Noise level is definitely loud enough to alert you. Brightness is excellent. I would buy these again.

When the one in the basement is triggered the one in the hall also sounds off. Great for hearing impaired

At a very reasonable cost this unit replaced one that had gone bad. The constant beeping was maddening. Peace and quiet and protection have returned.
