No, unfortunately not. It’s Bluetooth only

Q: How many additional monitors does the app support? where can i buy them in uk, how much does each additional monitor cost and are they easy to set up

Not sure how many devices you can link too but I have 5 set up and you can buy them on Amazon and ebay

Q: The specs don't mention any internal memory- can the unit store data when disconnected for download later? Or is recording only done by the app?

Data is stored in the device. A year apparently. When you connect a device via Bluetooth the data is copied to the app (and not deleted). If you connect another device (and app) it too gets all the data. So we have a pair of Apple devices both with the data. We have a couple of units, one where we collect data on a daily basis and another every couple of weeks. Both work well.
