Para terapia física
Soy principiante. Compré el artículo para ejercitarme en el proceso de terapia de recuperación de una cirugía de remplazo de rodilla. Es excelente para ir fomentando el fortalecimiento de los músculos de la pierna y cadera. Lo más que me gusta es que con la variedad de resistencias que trae el paquete, puedo ir llevando a cabo el proceso aumentando gradualmente las resistencias, y en consecuencia, la fuerza muscular.El producto es bien manejable. Las tiras son finitas, pero anchas, suaves al tacto y lo suficientemente largas para hacer varios tipos de ejercicios. Las recomiendo. (No tengo fotos ni vídeos).

Stretch therapy
This product is perfect. It helps me to stretch. I have arthritis and need to stretch. These bands are also perfect for toning your body, your arms, your legs, and getting rid of those love handles. There are different levels of strength in the bands, so as you try them, you may find it easier to use the light weights at first and gradually go into the heavier weight stretching bands. They're perfect. Give them a try.

Initially stiff
They start very stiff but within a couple of uses they are easier to judge the level that you need. I use the green and blue bands only and am satisfied with them.

Very good quality bands
The bands were durable and did not break while I did my therapy moves. I love that I was able to change sizes and band strength. It was very helpful in getting me back in full range of motion.

My doctor said I needed to do some strengthening exercises so I ordered these. I started using them the same day they came, and I noticed a difference in my pain right away. They are marked very light, medium, light, etc.. so many different ways that you can use them.
