Do not work, do not purchase!!!!!
So my diet consists of a half bowl of grapefruit for breakfast with 2 pieces of sausage, lunch is a salad, dinner is various meat and vegetables. After taking all 5 bottles I can report that I have not lost 1 pound, even on the last bottle I Double the dose. That being said I didn't gain weight either. I will not buy this particular brand again. As I had purchased some prior to this experience and did lose 25 pounds. I will keep looking because I'm still overweight. :(
