Wonderful for respiratory health! Soothing and pretty good flavor. I usually mix it with my detox tea and add a little sweetener! Good amount for the price. I just wish the mesh bags they were in were made of organic paper and not plastic mesh!!! I empty the tea into a paper coffee filter, tie it shut with cooking twine and brew it that way. I don't want to dring something boiled in plastic mesh!

I bought these after my dad swore by them.. he is not real investigative into natural remedies for things but he felt these made a HUGE difference for him! I couldn’t agree more! My kids all drank this tea after coughing/allergies and it was keeping them up at night.. they drank a cup before bed and slept through the night!!! No coughing!! Obviously we had to drink a few more the following days to stay on it, but it absolutely worked and was the only thing we changed! The taste was fine- we always add honey and sweetener and a splash of milk to our tea, but it was good with that!
