We love this salt , we even give it to our toddlers before every cup of water and it helps their bowel movements !!!!We always take some under or on the tongue before every glass of water .Keeps my head aches away , helps your body absorb needed water and electrolytes instead of the water just flooding your kidneys and flushing you out .We like how it's grinded up breaks down easily.It's clean and moist taste so fresh like we went and got it from the ocean!!Easy to use just put it under your tongue or on it let it dissolve and then drink your water .Comes packaged well

I've been taking this baja mineral salt for my headaches each day (it helps), and I'm traveling so I brought it with me in my carry on. Today at the airport, I learned that sea salt tests false-postive for explosives and requires a full search and the explosives specialist to test it. Very lengthy process. I guess the salt has a similar chemical make up or something to explosives. So that was fun 😆 TSA gave it back to me, but I threw it out because I'm going to experience the same thing at every airport security. Sooo don't travel with this salt. But the salt is great!

This is our family’s favorite salt. The quality is amazing. We use it everyday for all our needs from making salt water for electrolytes every morning to grilling steaks. This is an everyday staple to have on hand. The texture is perfect with an awesome flavor. This is a little pricey however totally worth it.

very effective product, knowing I am using a real and effective mineral salt is wonderful for myself and healthy for my family. never any issues with the packaging, product or delivery. fairly priced, will continue to buy and continue to use. would (and have several times over) recommend to other family, friends or anyone looking for a great true salt.

Not only do we use this salt for table salt. But it dissolves well in water and is an excellent treatment for headaches. And for balancing electrolytes. Has a high level of minerals and has great flavor. I have purchased this very product multiple times. Highly recommend over most other salts.

We are almost done with our first bag. 1/4 tsp every morning in our water. Seems like we both feel better. Also, we replaced our table salt with this and the celtic salt. I will update once we are done with our 2nd bag.

Love love, love this mineral sea salt. It’s wonderful to help with dehydration. Just put a a few sprinkles in your water every morning or every night and it’ll keep you well hydrated.

Been looking for a good salt for hydration and to use in place of normal salt.So far so good. First bag cme with a rip, but my second has had great taste. Love the reduction in sodium too!
