Rich in nutrients. Improves overall health, vigor & vitality and can be used a daily superfood.
There is noticeable improvement in overall health & vitality with regular use.(1 tsp a day is usually enough)Also the sleep quality significantly improves when taken at bed time.This does not cause heat issues and is very tolerable, therefore can be consumed daily.Natural health supplement!, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Relatively less body heat
I switched to this from the traditional Chawabnprash due to body heat issues. Contemporary medicine frowns upon the concept of Pitha until they actually feel it in their bodies. It also, for some reason, suppresses hunger in me.

I bought Zandu Chandraprabha for my parents. They loved the product. It is very effective, cold and cough went away. Now they are using it in summers as well.
