Great unit, compact, powerful and much quieter than my other TCL 12000 (which is supposedly a quiet unit). All in all very pleased with this AC unit - best one I've bought and we've had a few over the years to keep our office cool in those few hot weeks of summer.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this Air conditioner with a view to cooling a large bedroom , firstly it’s was nicely packaged and removing the two plastic straps made it easy to slide the top off , installation is only possible on sash windows due to supplied window fittings , cooling is average , it’s powerful - 3 fan settings and loud , you would be able to sleep with earplugs , the exhaust hose is only 1.5 m long and cannot be extended , so useless for downstairs unless you drill hole in wall , there is an app to control remotely as well as a remote control supplied with batteries , Alexa / google home compatibility -

Firstly, this is a portable AC and they are all noisy - you can't sleep when it's running and it drowns out the TV - they all do that. Having said that, this is one of the quieter ones and quite easy to live with. It is powerful enough for a good size living room as long as you keep doors closed. You can control it from the top panel, the simple remote control or the smartphone app. Setting up WiFi is confusing as you have to hold down the FAN button to get the WiFi led flashing.It's slightly smaller than the other cheaper versions and looks reasonably attractive when set up. The vent hose is very good quality and the castors that it rolls on make it far easier to push around than others I have tried.My only complaint is that it has a slight 'tinkle' sound at times when the compressor is running - it does disappear but I may need to investigate to see if anything is loose. Not bad enough to return it.If you need a portable AC and can cope with the noise that they all make, then I highly recommend this one.

The air con broke quickly. The plastic fan cracked (see photo through grill). We returned the item. And they still keep deferring us saying it’s being processed. They have the unit and over £500 from us. Unit was making noises from day one. Awful seller.

Had this few months and have to say nowhere near as good as my old Challenge unit I got several years back. Hottest part of the year, sitting few feet away and even on the lowest setting all I can feel is cool not cold air. Extremely disappointing

Great air conditioning unit. Brought it because I was to hot especially in evening in bed due to menopause and heat wave. You need a window close by to put the pipe outside. It is rather noisy but keeps the room cool. Didn’t try out the warmth temperature.

I ordered this for my office/sun room. It cools really well, but the noise level was to much for me. It also said on the back we realised that the room was too small for this size of air conditioner.I sent it back and the company were really good about it. Great customer service.

Comes in one box.Don't get me wrong this is a great unit its not that loud really and compare this to my 9000 BTU its like 50% smaller and more BTU! But the drainage is going to be a pain as its at the bottom instead of a removable container yes there is a middle drainage point but I can't find a hose that going to fit had they included this 5 stars.And the wireless no where in the instructions does it say how to set this up but luckily some other reviewer found that out press and hold the FAN button and then do the pairing.
