The Worst Product I have ever bought on Amazon
This is probably the worst product I have bought on Amazon, and I have bought a lot of stuff. The battery is horrible, the laptop is slow and the touchpad is barely working. The description said it had windows 11 pro, but the device had windows 10.I bought this laptop for my little sister (A light user) and it's failing to handle the simplest tasks like writing an assignment on MS word or playing a movie on Netflix. I would have returned this laptop had I known it was this bad before shipping it to my home country. I am very disappointed. We deserve better as customers, and I hope Amazon takes steps to ensure that refurbished products on their site work properly and that buyers don't get scammed like this.Buy at your own risk. But I DO NOT RECOMMEND!It's a total Scam

Check the vendor before buying.vendors ratings are most important in this case.My laptop came with a lot of issues but the vendor PC Mart was really helpfull and quick to replace the laptop and the replaced one works totally fine.
