8 mm Crochet Hook, Large Crochet Hooks for Chunky Yarn Ergonomic Knitting Needles Crochet Needle for Beginners and Crocheting Yarn (8 mm)

I bought two of these crochet hooks and am using them for macramé on a lawn swing. They are very smooth and strong. The size is working well with the 4 and 5mm cord I’m using and are able to stand up to some aggressive pulling.

Exactly what i ordered. Fast delivery. Probably needed to order more as i just heard you break hooks doing the project unless metal. Oh well. Size i needed, cute orange color, might not be all the durable against a crochet Moses bassinet, but we will see. Never made one.Im excited.

I bought this for a specific project - making a basket with size 7 jumbo yarn. It worked well. The hook is smooth and didn’t catch on the yarn. It was a good size for what I was trying to accomplish. I do think it could have been a longer handle. As it is, my hand would get tired while working because I was pushing the hook through with the palm of my hand. With a longer handle I could have held the hook and worked it through easier. The color was interesting and as pictured. Overall a great purchase at the price point.

The crochet hook itself is durable but after use I don't think I will purchase a resin hook again. But as for this hook it came exactly as described and no complaints

Nice sized hook and comfy to hold.

Very comfortable to hold and works great when working with thick blanket yarn.
