Must have if you wear glasses
Regular noise cancelling headphones are a headache waiting to happen if you wear glasses, and I got tired of losing AirPods, so I got these for a recent trip and I am so glad I did. Noise cancellation isn’t the best, but it was enough to tune out my neighbors on the plane! Sound quality is great and they are comfortable enough to wear all day. Plus, the ear hooks keep them from falling out if you do! Definitely recommend.

Quality. Secure.
Very nice noise canceling with touch of fingers and the voice prompting 'be aware' when off. Super cool sliding finger up or down to turn down or up volume.Feel robust! Not too keen on attached case c charger as I think the dog might chew it like he did the other cord rendering this useless.... argh. But the case has ability to wirelessly chargeSecure fit when riding bumpy atv with no fear of falling out! Might buy a second color

Nice for the price
These earbuds work great! Love the color options. Pair easily and quickly with my phone. Still trying to get use to the taps and slides for adjusting the features. I love that the charger cord is built in so I don’t have something else to keep up with. The earbud holder is very sturdy and solid. The battery life is phenomenal! I charged them the day I got it and haven’t charged it since, probably been about 2 months, granted I don’t use them everyday.Deducted a point for fit comfort and function: they get a bit uncomfortable on the back side on my ear where the band hooks over after wearing them for a while. And if you’re eating/chewing and trying to listen to a pod cast or whatever, you can’t hear very well. The inner ear movement with your jaw motions creates sound disturbance.

Just OK, not great.
I purchased these because wireless BT headphones are all the rage. Other popular brands don't stay in my ear so i was specifically looking for some with an ear loop. These are great for that. Tons of cool features. I have two (2) issues with them. First they aren't freaking loud enough! When flying they are barely acceptable for watching movies or just zoning out to some good tunes. I WANT MORE VOLUME! LOUDER, LOUDER! Second, the BT connection just occasionally drops even though my device is within about 2 feet of them. Annoying for sure on both issues. I will use them until they become useless because they aren't cheap, but won't replace them with the same brand.

3rd time not the charm
42 days later after using them everyday for one work out a day the left ear bud crapped out. It’s way quieter than the right one and it’s also making a crackling sound too. This is my third try with different models of Jlab ear buds. All have been bad this one I thought was good until today. Take it from me. AVOID BUYING ANYTHING JLAB. Get something that is a little bit more expensive that will actually last. Nothing but a waste of money and time trying to deal with these cheaper brands

Love! Great sound, great fit for small ears.
Small ear friendly!!! Finally. I wasn’t sure about that part since nothing in the reviews specifically noted that. So hopefully this helps someone else with smaller ears. I’ve tried a number of over the ear style earbuds trying to find the right comfort and sound quality, connect-ability, etc. Nothing has hit all marks like these have. Others hurt and buds just fall out. These fit around and in the ear so much better than anything else out there, set up was straightforward, and the bass boost EQ option makes the sound so good and rich. Exactly what I was looking for. Chefs kiss 🤌🏼🤌🏼The only negative if you want to even call it one is just that the touch and tap, swipe functions are reallllly sensitive. They’ll get triggered when simply adjusting or putting the ear piece on. So if I just wanted to take it out for a quick sec and put them back on while I’m pressing them in even being careful not to touch that part, it will pause or skip my book/podcast/song or turn volume up or down. Not a real issue just noting that it’s wildly sensitive and it seems to trigger it even not on the “button” or slide area. So just be aware of that. Overall one of my favorite purchases as of late. Get these!

Horribly disappointing sound quality, good fit
Overall, very disappointing.Pros - Great design, build quality, charging case, and the fit to my ear is possibly the best of any hooked ear bud I've used.Cons - The sound quality. For the price, I expected a more premium experience. I've used lots of headphones and earbuds over the years and I have to say, these have the worst quality for price I've ever encountered. There is almost zero bass whatsoever. At first I thought it was user error and could be fixed in the app or settings. But even after cycling through all modes, noise canceling effects, and even playing with the custom equalizer, I realized that the ear buds themselves simply don't support higher sound quality or bass.I've tried all the suggestions that Jlabs has, including their "break in" mode with little to no effect. If you're goal is to listen to audio books while working out, that is about the only application I could recommend these for, but even then you could get better for less money.
