Compact but fits 3 - great for small spaces
- storage chaise is excellent- love setting it on the extended bed mode to let my legs stretch! Ideal for working on a laptop on your lap- pretty easy to set up but might require a few extra hands to help- I don’t really use the usb charging port and don’t know how that plugs in- love how low the couch is yet cushions are comfortable enough- quite firm, so might not be the comfiest cushion to sit on but it’s not bad- as a sleeper couch it’s decent but quite small for someone 5’2”.- beige color looks great and feels goodOf note:- the back of the couch is quite thin/flimsy so do not be rough with the couch (no jumping, no super heavy stretches backwards).. other reviewers have noted it can break easily

Good enough couch for new places / apartments
I liked that this couch was very easy to assemble, the texture/feel is great, the side shelves are a handy touch, and the shipping was faster than expected. I’d say the back rest isn’t the most sturdy in the world so don’t be reckless on this couch. It’ll be quite small, I’m 5’10” and it fits me lying down barely across the couch, and it works if I laid on the L section. Two people to assemble will make this easier, I did it alone but I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone who can’t lift heavy with good posture.Overall: it’s worth getting for a new first-time apartment if you like practicality. You still get what you pay for, but it’s certainly worth it.

Excellent product and unbelievable customer service
We ordered it for my son’s small apartment and he loves it . Comfortable and functional. Be careful opening it we damaged the chase when we opened it. Talked with the seller via email on Amazon, we sent pictures and they sent a replacement, no extra charge I can not thank enough for the support. Definitely five stars .Marianna

Amazon sends this shipment with FedEx which are known to mess up deliveries.
Product seems fine for the price, soft, good color. Delivery decided that “front door” of a disabled person was 3 flights of stairs down so I’m still trying to bring all the pieces upstairs.

Don’t waste your money
Positives - the color was what I expected. The fabric is soft. It got here a week early. Now the reasons NOT to buy.The couch is held together by sliding tracks into each other. The tracks don’t line up well and it’s really hard to put it together. The L portion is like sitting on a rock. It is not comfortable at all.The back of the couch is three separate thin pieces. I’m 5’7” and 130 lbs and I’m worry when I sit against it that the panel is going to break - thin, separate pieces, held to the couch by small metal tracks. One of the back panels’ tracks do not line up with the tracks on the base of the couch, so now a third of my couch has no back to it. I don’t know what to do to fix this issue. The sofa bed portion is really hard to pull out, it’s cheap and flimsy hardware holding it together, you can’t just pull the straps to make it a ‘bed’. You have to very carefully roll the bottom portion out, loft the straps so the inner section raises up, and then grab it from the back side of that inner section and wiggle until you find the sweet spot of getting the portion to raise up and be level with the rest of the couch. Also, don’t plan on ever actually sleeping on it, it’s too short for me to stretch out on, so maybe if you’re 5’5” or under.I’m so frustrated. I spent months looking for a new couch and finally picked this one and I am instantly regretting my purchase. I’m hoping I can return it since there’s a 3rd of it that I can’t sit on. But then I’ll have no couch at all as I look for a replacement!

Love it!
This couch was so easy to assemble, it fits in my studio apartment so nicely! It’s SO comfortable to sit on and sleep on. It’s very firm, looks pricier than it is, and is very sturdy. I love the beige color with my room aesthetic. It’s more of an off white, but it’s so pretty! Highly recommend!

Don’t spend your money (:
Not sturdy enough to sit on, leg was broken on the base and is super wobbly. The couch came with no instructions therefore it was a hassle to figure out how to install. We finished putting everything together then realized it has to be put in the slots from right to left so we had to start all over.
