Love this book! I've always been a believer that diet can play an important role in all aspects of health and wellness and this book provides one well-researched solution that is easy to make and make part of your daily routine. I had never heard of the Brazilian Mounjaro before. Matthews goes through each of the ingredients in this powerhouse elixir in detail revealing their individual characteristics of each as well as how they work together to promote brain, gut and metabolic health. A great and simple read that will give your health a big boost!

Brazilian Mounjaro to Loss is an interesting book to read if you are trying to lose weight. I'm sure if it works because I have not tried it, I've just read it. But it's worth a try.

So not pleased with this purchase.The book has repetitive information in it to add pages to this, I presume.The nutritional value of the handful of ingredients that are used in this recipe is repeated 3 separate times.Spread out so as to take up more room.The actual information- recipe, including variations (an ingredient to change the atmosphere, so to speak) is no more than 4-5 pages front and back.The rest of this pamphlet is pages for.. notes, I guess.I did NOT need to spend the near $11.00 on this minuscule information.Water, ginger, lemon, honey, ACV, butterfly pea flowers is not the proper recipe but is listed here.Save your money and look up online detox/cleanse recipes.THEY are free to research. The ingredients are the cost, only.I thought I was getting an actual BOOK!Which this is not.I feel 100% cheated.This pamphlet is worth the cost of most items from a dollar store.There is no real information within the outer covers.

Just started it and believe it will work! Certainly impressed with all the information and know it will not harm.

Don’t know how well it works, but it taste pretty good.Definitely will drink it just to have something to drink.
