ZINUS Mikhail Loveseat Sofa, Ruby Red Sofa, Button Tufted Cushions, Easy, Tool-Free Assembly

I’ve never written an amazon review, but this one deserves it. I have an upstairs apartment in an old historic home with a small, awkward stair case. I spent MONTHS trying to find a couch that 1) fit up the stairs, 2) looked nice and 3) was comfortable. THIS ONE IS PERFECT!! It came in pieces that were incredibly easy to put together (and not that heavy, which is a bonus for carrying up those stairs). It’s not very squishy, which is how I typically like my couches, but still works great. And hey, I’m not going to complain considering it’s the only couch that wasn’t a futon that would fit in my tiny apartment. I also have an Australian shepherd that sheds horrifically. While her fur does stick to the couch a bit, it’s super easy to clean. I just go over with a vacuum or even just a lint roller.Now, this couch is not perfect. It’s is very short both in width of the seat and height of the back. I can, however, stretch out on it to take a nap. (i’m 5’4, and can FULLY stretch out on it)I’m giving this a five star review for the durability, the price, and the ease of it. It came in about a week in a big box, so shipping was fast too! The red is a beautiful color too!!All three of my dogs constantly jump on and off of it, i’ve had it for about 4 months now and not a single tear or rip. If it can hold up to my rambunctious crew, it can for you too.For those of you with small apartments (like me. seriously. I have about an 800 square foot apartment, if that) and/or awkward stairs. This couch is your answer.

You definitely get what you pay for, so don’t expect top tier high quality, but I’m pretty impressed for a cheap sofa. The color is very appealing, the material is more durable than I expected it to be, the construction is fair and SUPER easy to assemble. The back is a little too straight, as I feel it could recline a little more for ultimate comfort. The cushions are very stiff, but I genuinely think they’ll wear down and get a lot comfier in time. Over all, this sofa has a lot of potential. The arms aren’t as hard as I thought they would be, and you could easily lay your head on them and fall asleep. Excellent choice for semi-temporary apartment living because, yeah, she’s a fashionable, decent quality sofa, but she’s also disposable when it comes time to decide if it’s going in the moving van or not. Super easy to disassemble too, if you decide she’s coming along. 10/10 would recommend.

For me, this sofa is comfortable. The bench seat is firm and supportive, no smooshing. The fabric is closely woven and looks promising to be impervious to pet mischief, ie digging or clawing. The color is true to the photo, a warm rich red. It was easy to assemble but requires two people; one to steady and lift the pieces as the second person directs the pieces’ male and female hardware together. No tools required! No Allen wrench! I think the the price is a real value. As a Prime member, no shipping charge. I fretted that because it’s value-priced its appearance would suffer and it would scream “cheap!” No, instead it says, “Practical.” Seats 3 pretty comfortably. Fills the bill!

We bought this loveseat for a child’s playroom so didn’t want to break the bank. We’d originally tried to find one at IKEA with no luck because a similar sofa on display was out of stock with no estimation on when we could get one, plus it was twice the price and a $89 delivery charge. Amazon delivered this sofa to our front door, delivery included in the price. There was very little work involved to set it up. We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful it is and it’s reasonably comfortable for adults who who want to sit while the children play.

Great little couch. Ez to setup. Comes in one box. A little weight so it doesn’t feel cheap but heavy enough to where it took a little effort to get the box up my steps alone. 3 stars cuz the price on this listing fluctuates to what I believe to be unreasonable. Realistically 4 stars

First of all, the delivery. I saw the truck pull up. Messages from Amazon alerting me that the driver was there. Pretty awesome. The drivers were very friendly and very careful with the package. Later on, I saw the photo they posted of the box in front of the door, etc. The box, sturdy and very excellent shape. The inside wrapping, excellent. The shipping part: excellent. Now, the product...I cannot believe how fantastic this couch is. Very very well made. I think its very comfortable...opposite of some of the reviews here. It is FIRM. Like the bed that I also purchased from Zinus. I really love their products. I bought the couch in red and its exactly how it is described. The EASIEST set up of a couch EVER. NO TOOLS! DO YOU HEAR THIS??? NO TOOLS!!! So, you put this together and its solid!!!! This is truly unbelievable isn't it? I don't have time to build stuff! I cannot afford to buy a couch from the big department stores...this love seat is affordable, well made and sturdy. I give this a big thumbs up. Buy with confidence!

Obviously really disappointed in this couch. Looks pretty. Nice red color. I spent at least nine hours trying to put it together. Part of that time with a paid handyman. He stated it was made incorrectly and there was no way the parts would fit together. I knew that. It was obvious it would never fit together. So I had to box the whole thing up again on my front porch and was told UPS would pick it up. I ordered a replacement. I then decided this couch is just way too much trouble and the next one would probably not fit together either and I couldn’t go through this again. It’s heavy and too much work. I then called Amazon and canceled my replacement. The person I spoke to this time said UPS will not pick up an 80 pound couch and I was to schedule it with a freight company for pick up at my house. By this point there was no way I was going to unpack it piece by piece to haul it back into the house so it will be on my porch a couple days until it is picked up. The freight company scheduled it to pick up tomorrow so it will spend one more night out on the porch. Luckily it’s too heavy to steal. I’m just going to order a couch from a real furniture company who will deliver it already put together to my house.
