Does the job
I've used WIX filters forever and always had good luck. I read recently that some WIX filters on Amazon and Ebay are not the real products but I haven't had any bad luck with threads or packaging or anything to indicate they aren't exactly what they say they are.

Good price and same manufacturer as OEM
Made by Mann, they look the same as the OEM filters except for less. So far so good.

Cant beat the price
I have been buying this for my 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. You cant beat the price even compared to my cheap big box store. I'm not near good enough to accurately assess how good this filter is. But, to me, as long as I can buy the filter and oil cheap enough, I am going to do that oil change myself as far more frequently as recommended by VW. The car has been still running great.
