Works well on fine facial hair. Some discomfort but tolerable.
Works really well on fine facial hairs. Some longer hairs still need plucking. Can grab if you don’t pull skin taut enough. Expect it to hurt a little. Hair is being pulled out by the roots.

Excellent tool, a real game changer
I've been waxing, tweezing, and using depilatory cream on my upper lip and chin hairs for many years. These methods are tiresome, tedious, often expensive, and not effective for long. I wish I'd tried this Braun facial epilator sooner. It's highly effective and has, I'm not exaggerating, really improved my quality of life. No more 3x a week sessions trying to keep up and feeling demoralized by the effort. It took me a little trial and error and some practice to master the technique of using this epilator. But once I did, I was able to remove all of the coarse and even the finer hairs on my upper lip and chin. At first, these perfect smooth results would last for a week and then I'd touch up where there was regrowth. As time goes by (it's been about 5 months now), the rate of regrowth has continuously slowed and I need fewer touch ups. I'd say regrowth has been reduced by about 95 percent. Really amazing to me.I have felt no pain with this tool in removing coarse hairs and only a little bit with the finer hairs but no worse than waxing. It's definitely worth the investment, especially when compared to the $50 a pop waxing sessions at salons in my area.

great epilator for pcos hirsutism!
i've struggled with hirsutism thanks to pcos ever since high school. i have hair growth on my cheeks, neck, and upper lip. left unmanaged, i could grow a beard that rivals my brother's lol.i've tried basically every single at-home hair removal technique under the sun, but have always dealt with a 5-o-clock shadow within hours. epilating with braun has been an absolute game changer for me.i bought a braun silk epil 9 about a year ago and found that it often times missed some hairs and left a bit of stubble i wasn't fond of. it worked well enough, but i always had to clean up the leftover bits with a razor. still, what the silk epil 9 did pick up was left very smooth and the regrowth came back much finer and thinner! after years of the hair always being very thick and coarse, it was such a huge difference! so i stuck with this routine for about a year.on a whim, i decided to purchase the facespa pro 910 after seeing that it can catch hair as short as 0.02mm compared to the silk epil 9's 0.05mm and have gotten much, much better results!for my routine, i always take a hot shower and exfoliate my face first. then i dry my face with a towel (i've found that it doesn't pick up as well when my skin is still wet) and use the silk epil 9 for the initial tweezing. then, i use the facespa pro 910 to clean up what the silk epil 9 may have missed considering it's much more precise. this process between the two epilators usually takes about 30-45 mins. it leaves my skin feeling so incredibly smooth, i don't have to use the razor anymore! i do this process ever 3-4 days and have not had a problem yet.to address some concerns, i see a lot of people complain about in-grown hairs. despite being prone to in-grown hairs due to curly hair, i've only had maybe 3 of them ever since i started epilating. i use an in-grown hair solution every single time after i epilate (tendskin is what i personally use! it burns when you put it on, but it really helps) and i believe it has prevented so many potential in-grown hairs that would have sprouted without it.also, regarding pain, when i first started epilating with the silk epil 9 it did kinda hurt at first but not really since i normally tweezed anyways and was used to it. as i continued, it didn't hurt at all anymore. it almost feels more like a massage now lol. when i introduced the facespa pro 910, i also *mostly* didn't feel any pain. however, this was the first time i epilated my upper lip. it felt excruciating when i used it there. my tip for that is to take as many breaks as you need! it took me about 30 minutes just for my upper lip the first time lol. but it got much much better as time progressed. it's still a little painful after about 3 sessions, but not nearly as bad as it was.

Works! Plus the Pain is not terrible!
I read reviews for ages when deciding to buy this so I’ll address the two things that concerned me the most.Does it work?Yes! I can see why some might think it doesn’t because you need to hold it right for it to grab the hairs, but it does grab them all. I suggest working next to a lighted magnifies mirror to perfect the angle.I will stipulate that this product is not for the soft thicker, “peach fuzz” but rather for the stiff coarser “whiskers” that seem to spring out of nowhere. Amirite? It’s also effective for those darker hairs that grow on the upper lip. I used to bleach them or wax, but this is soooo much quicker and the results last. I keep this epilator handy when I’m getting ready to put in makeup and I can due touchups in less than a minute. Well worth the money.Does it hurt?Sure, a little, —it’s pushing out hairs, but you get used to it and it’s over pretty quickly. Pulling your skin taut while you epilate is key for both performance and comfort.PS I haven’t used the facial brush feature yet, but I might. It looks nice.

Decent option
The Braun Face Epilator Facespa Pro 910 offers a convenient solution for facial hair removal, but with some considerations:Firstly, the device is compact and easy to use, making it suitable for targeted areas like the upper lip, chin, and eyebrows. The epilation function effectively removes hair from the root, providing longer-lasting results compared to shaving.Secondly, the added facial cleansing brush attachment is a nice feature, helping to exfoliate the skin and improve overall complexion. It's gentle yet effective, leaving the skin feeling smooth and refreshed after use. However, while the epilator works well for finer hair, it may not be as effective on coarser or thicker facial hair types. This can limit its versatility for all hair types and may require additional methods for complete hair removal.Additionally, the device can be a bit noisy during operation, which may be a consideration for those sensitive to noise or looking for a more discreet hair removal solution.Overall, the Braun Face Epilator Facespa Pro 910 is a handy tool for facial hair removal and skincare, but its effectiveness may vary depending on hair type and sensitivity to noise, warranting consideration before purchase.
