I absolutely love this product. I am so confused by the bad reviews. Yes, if you get it in your eye it will burn. But I learned from a last text that the best way to do it is just apply it with a q-tip from underneath your eyelashes close to the water line. I did that trick and it literally started coming off in 1 minute. So don't follow the directions they give you on the package, like I said apply it underneath your lashes close to the water line and they will come off perfectly and easily. Make sure you have extra cute tips on hand just in case you get too close to your water line and it starts burning, you need to grab the clean q-tip just to wipe the area really quick. All in all this was just an awesome product!!

First time using a lash remover and it was everything I expected. When I initially used it I would put the product on the cotton swab and then kind of rub it around the lashes as well as push down, since my set was old a lot of the lashes would come off like that. I repeated that 2 more times and eventually I was down to the last couple of pieces. For this round I decided to let the product sit on the lashes, which worked so much better and came off so much easier. The one thing I did notice is that the longer the product sits on your lashes you get this feeling of heat on your lashes since it’s essentially burning off the glue. Which can make you a little panicky but even if the product gets in your eye it doesn’t burn that badly. I’d recommend keeping a spray bottle right by you so if need be the case you can spray your eyes with water.

Read all the reviews about the burning. Performed removal on myself, so obviously I did one eye at a time. With the first eye, I initially didn’t notice any burning as I attempted to wait. About a minute in I brushed my lash with a Q-tip while holding some folded tissue against my under eye, and a couple of lashes came off. I tried to rub off more and my actual lash came off with the extension. Once they were all off, I tried to rinse the eye, and I guess I squeezed or opened a little bit and got some of the remover into my eye. It burned just like getting anything else into your eye, nothing extreme. Equivalent to soap and lingered for a little while, so I rinsed one more time.After losing lashes with the first eye, I set a timer for six minutes and started with an Audible recording, then just ended up, scrolling with one eye open until the alarm went off. After waiting the allotted amount of time, they came right off the moment I touched them. I definitely really recommend patience(& timers for discipline—it’s tempting.) This time I wiped my eye with stitch tissue, then rinsed for a couple of seconds, applied some antibacterial hand soap to my eyelid area, rinsed thoroughly, and had no burning sensation at all.1. 6min timer. 2. Remove. 3. Clean(dry tissue) wipe. 4. Dab of liquid soap. 5. Cold rinse. 6. Pat Dry. Awesome purchase!Update: really be careful with that stuff. Still irritating while I’m trying to sleep 30 minutes later. Not burning, just constantly blinking like I’m trying to get it out. I guess I need to go rinse again

The product works! I was able to remove my lashes in under 5 mins but it stings and left my left eye red for a little while so I’m not sure about the sensitive part.

AMAZING! I was very doubtful on which product to buy but I am happy I went with this one! Very affordable instead of pay $15 each time my lash tech does it. It does cause eye irritation but I just rinsed my eye as fast as I can and it was all better! 100% satisfied customer!

Hell yea!!! This right here is the shidddd for real. It’s just like it said let it sit for that time and then get to running them right the hell on off🤣bet I won’t pay Nan notha $30 to get no lashes removed😂

Left it on for a minute then took a Q-tip and was able to remove all the lashes. I couldn’t figure out how to keep it out of my eyes so it burned a little
