I’ve been using Kaya multi vitamins for years switching between them and another company’s gummies from time to time. I typically use take Kaya due to the cost. In the past, I’ve decided to stop taking any vitamins and I do notice minimal energy loss (this was hard to figure out as it wasn’t placebo effect from me wondering about the vitamins as a possibility). Like any supplement, it’s a built up body health over time. The gummies taste great but do stick together a bit. I’m ok with that as I just shake the container and a few loosen up. I’m grateful that there is a good tasting multi vitamin that doesn’t use extreme dosages and is affordable. If that’s what you’re looking for, give it a try.

Great gummies, been purchasing these regularly. They're easy on the stomach and no weird aftertaste. Being that my daughter is such a picky eater these are an excellent way to ensure she's getting all the nutrients she needs. Definitely worth your consideration.

I like everything about them. They taste good. Haven't had them long enough to know anything about any therapeutic effects yet.

Easy to swallow, they don't bother my stomach and they seem like decent vitamins. I will likely keep ordering these.

The media could not be loaded. The only thing I didn't like was mine had no safety seal. But I like to live adventurously & take risks, so I took them anyway! And so glad I did. Taste good, feel a noticeable difference in my energy levels thru out the day & with only a 30 day supply its not the best value but I feel worth the cost Considering they also contain some minerals.

Sugar in a bottle. Don't even know if it did anything. Definitely won't repurchase

These gummies are absolutely melt-in-your- mouth delicious! I was initially looking for a multivitamin gummy specifically for women when I came upon KAYA Naturals Multivitamin Gummies. The bottle packaging is clean, clear and very informational. I love that this brand uses all natural ingredients that are free of gluten, GMO's, soy, wheat, iron, nuts, chemicals, preservatives, artificial ingredients, shellfish, and tree nuts. These are perfect for anyone who has sensitivities to those ingredients or chose to lead different lifestyles. I also live by a plant based diet and love that these gummies are made with pectin instead of gelatin. I highly recommend buying these in pairs, they are that good.

Doesn't contain Iron. I will be switching.
