The extract gives me a noticeable energy boost, and I feel like my immune system has been a lot stronger lately. I appreciate that it's made from 100% fruiting bodies, which makes it feel much more potent compared to other products. If you’re looking for a clean, effective mushroom supplement, this one is definitely worth a try.

I got this Shiitake Mushroom supplement recently as I've become interested in the various benefits of mushrooms, which do seem to have become very popular over the last year. It seems it has lots of potential health benefits all in an easy to swallow capsule.It contains a full-spectrum extract giving a very good dose of the bioactive compounds, and is made totally from the fruiting bodies of the mushroom, which offer more abundant nutrients compared to other forms. And it is good that everything is organic and there's nothing artificial and no fillers, or additives.The suggested dose is two to four capsules per day, which is easy enough to fit into your day. But, there are only sixty capsules so at four a day you'd run out in half a month, which means they are not cheap. This is a shame as it is the kind of thing I'd like to take at the higher end of the recommended dose, but on a regular basis. However, it must be remembered that many of the alternatives contain fillers and ingredients that will be of a lesser quality.

There is no doubt that Kiki health produce quality supplements and this one seems to continue that trend, being organic with no fillers, 100% extracted from fruiting bodies and standardised to 50% polysaccharides, suitable for vegans and gluten free there are a lot of positives. However given that you are supposed to take 2 - 4 capsules per day, then the supply of 60 capsules could potentially be finished in 15 days. At an RRP of £25 per jar I was disappointed to see that it is only half full and feel a bigger supply of at least 90 capsules could have been provided to make the jar last longer for probably not much more cost.

I've tried several products from KIKI Health now and they've all been brilliant. They're reasonably priced when compared to other brands but the glass bottles look and feel luxurious. The capsules are super easy to swallow and I love that the ingredients don't include any nasty additives- just pure organic Shiitake. Very happy with these.

Just the capsule.They only thing to note is it recommends 2 - 4 a day. 2 a day would make this a one month supply (60 capsules)/Excellent product from reputable company.

I've had KIKI Health supplements before and these Shitake capsules are the same high quality. They come in a glass bottle with sealed top, and the main thing is they are pure mushroom powder - no binders or fillers, nothing unnecessary added. Standard capsule size with a 2-4 capsule a day dosage suggestion. Too early to note any benefits from taking them but Shitake is high in polysaccharides and claimed to help lower Cholesterol and for immune support. These are expensive I feel especially if taking at the full stated does giving 15 days use, but the lack of fillers or binders does make these better in my opinion.

Firstly I would like to say I take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing especially my immune system...I'm looking more into naturally derived ingredients and mushrooms have been used for centuries for there health giving properties... these tablets are easy to take and could offer potential benefits.... my advice is to try a tub and see how you get on... my only crit6 is that they are very expensive...
