I love having these around to snack on. Sometimes I just eat them plain and sometimes I put things on them or dip them in things. They are light, easy and nutritious. They work well with either sweet or savory flavors.Because they are so thin and airy and don’t have preservatives, they both break pretty easily and go stale quickly once opened. I agree with the company’s choice to wrap only a few at a time, even though I do generally prefer less packaging. At least each little bundle stays fresh until you open it. Once opened, I suggest you eat the whole pack within a few hours to keep the light crunchiness!One of my favorite things to do is drizzle with oil, like flaxseed or olive oil. I’ll also spread with avocado spread or put thinly sliced avocado on. Mashing the avocado on top doesn’t work very well because of their delicate nature.I do wish they cost less but they are good quality ingredients that make me feel good, so it’s worth it to keep some around.Enjoy!

Great product if you like rice cakes

Great alternative to rice cakesSometimes I find rice cakes a bit to thick for snacking with toppings. I love putting things like peanut butter and raisins on top and this plays nicely with that whereas with thick rice cakes, I feel like I'm eating mostly the rice cake. These are also a great alternative to many crackers which I find flavors compete with the toppings. This lets the topping flavor shine through.

Crazy to say, but these are really good and fun to crunch on. Great with a slice of cheese and a side of fruit. If you want to use a dip like hummus, I'd suggest spreading it on, because the crisps crumble easily. They are salty and the perfect thickness. This is coming from someone who bought them to enjoy, not for any calorie cutting or diet reason...so I genuinely like them, not just as a substitute.
