First jump rope??Perfect!You can adjust the size, it's cheapenough that it works for what you need but if you are looking to jump rope every day then I would upgrade to a 30 dollar rope or maybe one if the ones from crossrope if you ar really serious. It's good for a beginner and I liked it a lot. I got it today. The shipping was amazing.Now the reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 is because when I was using it the blue rubbed off on my hands. I took a shower right after skipping but to put it into perspective I was only skipping for under 10 minuets and I got blue on my upper palm, and first three fingers (index-ring) it came off after the shower so I'm not sure how long it lasts but came off pretty easy after a 10 minute jump.

I ordered 3 different jump ropes, and this is the one I prefer using for my exercise, because the rope has the right weight and the handle bars works to keep it from tangling.

Comfortable to use and so easy to alter the size for shorter people. It is light weight and durable.
