Excellent for the price. Easy to use once you figure out the app. I'm sure more experienced BBQers well find plenty of faults but for a casual user who wants to monitor the ambient temperature inside a smoker as well as the internal temperature of meat it's great. You can set high/low alarms for the ambient temperature but they will go off when you lift the lid - no fancy detection there. Easy to read displays with backlighting although I've tended to read the app instead of the device when using it.

Very simple to use, App runs perfectly and is very user friendly (use QR code on box).Using it with a Masterbuilt Electric smoker, makes getting the meats just right much easier.Very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

Maybe 4 probes is a bit overkill, but it's better to have the option. The probes are very robust with a steel mesh protective insulation. The app is optional but very useful, you can program lots of different profiles e.g. chicken, jacket potato, beef etc. and you can also give a one probe a temperature range that it needs to stay within that sounds an alarm if it goes above or below the temperature you've set - very useful because you can have one probe just in the oven that tells you if the oven is staying at the correct temperature. You can also see the temperature change in a handy chart

Probe works well. The app is a little tempermental however

A very simple to set up device with 4 probes and long cables. The cables are long enough to keep the handset away from the bbq or on the counter from the oven without getting unwieldy.Using the app makes it even better as you can set target temperatures, it gives time estimates based on the temperature increase and will trigger alarms if you reach the temp.I use one of the probes loose when cooking to get the ambient temperature so you can monitor how the bbq is doing easily.Great for keeping an eye on the BBQ while preparing other things or chatting.

I have had a few meat thermometers in the past that never get it quite right.The TP25 has wired probes. They can look very messy when using all 4 probes. However, if you can see past the mess (if you ever need to use 4 probes!) you will get a device that does everything but switch the heat on and off.The TP 25 has outstanding Bluetooth connectivity that has far surpassed my previous devices. With the device working out the cooking times, I just sit back and relax.I have no hesitation in recommending the TP 25. It does what it says on the box, and does it well.

I used this to cook my Xmas meat and we had the most perfectly cooked Turkey and beef. The multiple probes allows me to have both cooking and set individually
