Very good
Long story short, this is my opinion, and I don't normally bother to write one, after 4 weeks of frustrations, thought that I'm not capable of more milk for my baby, that nothing works for me (no pump, supplement, food, tea, method etc ) and of course misinformation from professionals and online info in first place. Basically my baby doesn't latch properly (and believe me I've tried EVERYTHING) and also falls asleep quickly while at my breast, so doesn't suck the milk properly, so my breast is not stimulated enough to produce the right amount of milk for my baby. AGONY because I want her to have the best and breast milk is the one. Of course I used formula to top up because of the above problem. From what I read online, many women have the same problem so that's why I'm writing my experience, maybe it will help.To save time, energy, even money, this is what works to produce more milk:- use this manual pump. Or any other, but this one I tried and works very well; that's why I said "even save money" because a manual pump is actually enough. If you find it's weak, that's only because the handle isn't assembled properly, I've done this mistake myself. After proper way, the suction is actually strong and you don't need more than that as it becomes painful. Prior to this pump I've spent money on very expensive electric pumps from the same brand and nothing helped me to get more than 80-100ml from both breasts, with lots of water and supplements included. I also rented the hospital grade from Medela, I sent it back after a few days. The pump is super convenient, very easy to use, to wash and does a very quick and efficient job, can use it anywhere, anytime as a long as you have some privacy! Honestly, I get more milk and faster with this pump than an electric one! No need for bra to keep it on the breast or charging, etc.- while using the pump, here comes actually the most IMPORTANT PART, the one that is vital to produce more milk but noone actually tells you about it! No midwife, no professionals or online articles. Everybody says pump, pump and pump as often as possible for like 15-20 min, BUT that's just not it!!! What you need to do is express the milk with your own hands, also called COMPRESSING the breast. This is the second best way, after baby sucking, to get the milk out of the breasts! No pump, no matter what kind, has the same efficiency as your hands to express the milk! And if you don't empty the breasts as much as possible, they won't produce much milk. So manual pumping with one hand + compressing the breast same time with the other hand, it will give you the best results!- in parallel with the above, hydration, healthy food, supplements, teas, etc will do the very best. The results are almost immediate because a breast that gets emptied as much as possible will try cope with the demand and produce more milk.

Must have for breastfeeding mums
Must have for any breastfeeding mum. As I’ve got electric pumps already I use this mainly just to express that little bit to ease engorgement and it works 100% well. Love the little bottle it comes with, super handy for expressing and containing milk.

Great pump
This is my first breast pump and I wasn't really sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to use, the suction was great and got plenty of milk in a short space of time. I am planning on using this alongside breast feeding to build up a freezer supply for when I am out etc....so not sure how convenient it would be for someone exclusively pumping.

Faulty after 2 days
The handle and diaphragm are not functioning properly, which significantly affects the suction. As a result, the pump is not expressing milk effectively and has become quite frustrating to use.Every single time I try to use I’m always adjusting the diaphragm so it could work properly and after few minutes it turns over again.

It did me well until it started to fall apart
It was a good breast pump. My first one ever as a first time mum. However around 3 months it started to fall apart. The white ring just came off and it lost its suction power. So my pumping session doubled. I was also having issues with the pump handle, the inside piece kept moving out of place and made the handle come off which was extremely frustrating. It was good whilst it lasted but I am glad to have switched to an electric pump now. No more being tied down to a pump session and dreading it. It was the worst feeling.

Best pump I’ve used… yes better than the expensive electric ones!
This is by far the best pump I’ve used! I spent over £100 on an electric pump that sits in your bra, and well what a disappointment that was. With this pump I am able to get a really good amount of milk out in a reasonable time. Super easy to put together, clean and use. I’ve already recommended this pump to friends, if you’re looking to pump I’d suggest giving this one a go!

Nice Item but it Didn't Work for Me
I bought this milk collector on the recommendation of my infant feeding team. My baby was a very slow feeder and I wanted to start topping him up with some expressed milk when I didn't have time to sit and give him a full feed. The theory being I could collect my let-downs over the course of a day and put them together to make a full bottle. In reality I found it very difficult to get the vacuum strong enough to keep the bottle attached to my breast. It is useful that the pump came with a lanyard to stop the milk from spilling because the bottle was always falling off during feeds. This wasn't helped by the fact that the bottle often got in the way when I was breastfeeding, I found feeding my son in an underarm hold was the best way to stop this being an issue. The silicone bottle itself seems a very good quality for the price. The lid and stopper are a nice addition, especially if you are going to store it in the fridge between feeds. It is easy to clean and sterilise.Unless you have a very heavy let down I'm not sure this product is worth it. At most feeds I only collected 5-10ml, sometimes less. I didn't consider the extra effort worth it for the small amount of breast milk saved, so I gave up using it after a week.I didn't find the collector useable as a pump either, as squeezing the bottle often just caused the funnel to detach from my chest. I expressed far more milk using a conventional manual pump.In summary, this collector didn't work for me but it seems like a well made item that could be worthwhile to prevent milk wastage if you have a heavy let down.

Very effective
Absolutely love this pump! Spent crazy amount of money on electric breast pump just to find out that it is not as effective as manual!! This one is a life saver: quick, effective and actually pumps!!Highly recommend
