Definitely smaller than the vitamins l used. Had a major surgery on my neck and had difficulty swallowing my current vitamins. I tried to cut it in half, but l'm still having difficulty taking it...so l purchased the Centrum minis, and l'm glad l did! Like the mini size even though I have to take two instead of one but that’s my decision. Seems to work but then again how does a person know how well a vitamin does for your body unless you have lab’s before you start taking a vitamin and then labs again months after you have been taking the vitamins. Kind af hard to review vitamins just take because I know I should and have always taken vitamins since I was a sickly little girl and I’m 64 years old now so why stop. I would recommend these vitamins just because. Easy to swallow instead of the bigger pill.
