I looked at many forms of this product before ordering this one. This definitely does what it advertised by helping with appetite control.

This is a legit brand that is sold in local health food stores in SC. I wish they offered smaller bottles as these last me years. I just received them and already skipped the sweet salted Carmel in my coffee this morning after taking 2 a day for 3 days. These supplements turn sugar cravings off like magic. I will eat sweets during holidays but sugar is so addictive, I start craving it every day. I was out of my last bottle so had to order more after my birthday sugar splurge of ice cream, candy, and really started the sweets at Christmas. I'm 65 and 5' tall weighed 101-105 lbs. my whole life with this trick. A wonderful nutritionist taught me about it years ago. This is the only brand I buy. There are cheaper but this arrives sealed well and always works. I absolutely love it. I also like that it's not a caplet. You can look at cake, rub this tablet on you tongue and forget wanting it! I always keep them in my cabinet.

It says 30 caplets, 2 month supply. If you read the label it says 2 caplets a day making it 15 days a bottle or a 1 month supply. Personally I've found it only works at 2 caplets twice a day so a bottle is a weeks worth. Quite expensive at that level. Also, the way the caplets are makes them hard to swallow. They want to stick to whatever they touch in your mouth so they are hard to take with other pils.

Love this it works great , got my levels down. Like was able to get two bottles for price others wanted for one. Would be nice and easier to swallow if came in a capsule rather than a chalky tablet. Also might consider putting in plastic bottle so they don't get broke. Mine were ok but because order other stuff was put into another amazon box with bubble wrap.
