This is a serious fire hazard violation..."This alleviates all that nonsense.For the ideas and algorithms: charges everything as it would a normal socket. There is no noise that comes from it. It looks fine, I mean, it's hidden behind furniture. If you can't figure out how to use it, then you're too young to be playing with it. The power functions as it should and as far as durability goes, unless you plan on smashing it with a hammer or submerging it in a bucket of water, I'm sure it'll be just fine. I don't think a few dings could really do much of any kind of damage.I would recommend this outlet. Plug and play, just like you've got extra sockets that are strewn across the floor.

I got this a year ago but am just now reviewing, as I’d gotten another from a different brand. I liked this one so much I decided I wanted another. However the other brand wouldn’t sit flush to the wall. This one has a recess on the back to surround the receptacle. (May even surround the wall plate if you choose to leave it in place.) That recess allows it to sit nice and flush to the wall with almost no gap, even without the screw.Very convenient to have the multiple USB ports; I’ve only recently started using the USB-C port. Charges my phone quickly with 15W (5V @ 3A); I find it is enough and I don’t miss having a PD port. I like the “pyramid” design that allows big plugs to fit without bumping into each other. It is especially nice for using the big round smart plugs.Definitely recommend this unit if you can still get it relatively cheap. 👍🏽

A great addition to our kitchen bar charging area. My husband replaced the outlet cover with this charging station that is on our kitchen island bar. We use a corner section for charging our various devices and this is perfect. We both use it to charge our phones, my IPad and Fitbit. No cord is necessary as it plugs directly into your outlet. You simply remove the outlet cover and plug this into the outlet. One screw is all you screw in. It is a heavy-duty station and is super easy to plug in your devices which has multi uses including the need for a standard 110 plug. It is not much bigger than the actual outlet cover.

It stands out a little more than I thought it would away from the wall. It is amazing. Screwed in like a dream, very easy to install. The plugs on the side are incredibly handy to have off to the side instead of the 6 plug I use to have there. All the other plugs were in a row, hard to get out without knocking out another one.
