Really helps to lift dark hair
Trough trial and error I use 2 boxes of this lightest blond with one box of Nutrisse R3 Light intense Auburn to achieve this color on my natural Black wig. The lightening packets that are included in with this cream of nature hair color help lighten then hair just enough to achieve the auburn color I want. I’ve been doing this for quite awhile and it did take some trial and error because at first the hair that’s closest to the “scalp” was lifting faster than the rest of the hair. That might be because with the amount of hair, it was warmer in that area so as a result, the hair would come out with the first few inches of the “roots” a reddish blonde and the rest of the hair Auburn. That didn’t look good at all and I had to go over it again with a light brown color but I didn’t give up so on the next wig, I colored the whole wig except for the first 2 to 3 inches from the “scalp” . I use a paddle brush to run it through and put a bag over it. I only had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes and that varies so I have to keep my eye on it to see how fast the hair is lifting. once it gets to the point that I like then I have to go back and color those 2 to 3 inches of “roots” and brush it through the rest of the hair and then rinse it out when I feel it all matches and this happens fast. . The result is very nice. It also looks as if there are auburn highlights. The pictures don’t really show the auburn color very well. To minimize damage after rinsing color out, I put the wig In a basin filled with water, the provided conditioner as well as silicone mix. Also just a side note. I never use any shampoo. To cleanse, I only rinse the wig out a couple of times, put it in a basin with a good conditioner and about a tablespoon of coconut oil and let is soak for an hour or so. .color and condition stays nice. Another tip… if there is melting spray on the lace, while rinsing, I spray glass cleaner (yes glass cleaner) on the lace, let it sit 5 min and rinse, never have to scrub it.

You can achieve light blonde with C43
This product can lift your hair to a light blonde, but patience and adjustments to the instructions are key, otherwise, you’ll end up with orange, brassy hair. If you’re more comfortable following the instructions as written, please do so. I can only speak to what worked for me.I have short, relaxed hair and chose this Crème of Nature brand because it’s one of the few that can be used on chemically treated hair. My hair is gray around the edges, and its dark brown around level 1 or 2. I mix and apply the product, leaving it on until it stops processing, usually around 45 minutes to an hour, then rinse and reapply and allow it to sit for another 45 minutes to an hour or until it stops processing. It's possible a third application may be needed, I've done it before, but only when I removed the first application too soon. My hair shedded very little, did not break at all and remained in excellent condition. Again, if your hair is weak, damaged, or even slightly prone to breakage, I would not recommend this. One reason I believe the color lifts so well is that I don’t just let it sit, I actively work it through my hair for at least 30 minutes. Use a three-way mirror or whatever setup helps you see your entire head to ensure a consistent, even application.Once I reach about a level 9 or 10, I tone with Wella Color Charm T18 for about 30 minutes, followed by Fanola Purple Shampoo to further tone and eliminate any remaining brassiness, which is usually very little at this point.Use K18 leave-in hair mask before you start coloring your hair, by applying it directly to the hair first and letting it sit 4 minutes. I also suggest buying Bondbar Bonding Booster from Sally Beauty and follow the instructions by putting a small amount in the color mixture. That should definitely help protect your hair from damage.IMPORTANT: Buy K18 directly from the manufacturer, scams and counterfeit products are sold all over the place and when you are experimenting with chemicals, you better make sure you have pure K18 instead of the hand lotion they trick you with.

Perfect!
The dye made my scalp burn 🔥 not severely or any visible scaring or anything like that. On the bright side it gave my locs the honey blonde shade I wanted right here at home and I did not have to pay hundreds to achieve this color in a salon. 9/10 only cause it irritated my scalp. The box didn’t advise to do so, but after I rinsed the dye out I shampooed my hair and then applied the mango shea butter conditioner that came with the dye and OMG! The smell was amazing and it made my hair feel like butter!!!

Definitely didn't match the picture
I didn't quite get the color I was looking for. It came out more of an orange and I'm not sure how I feel.It did lift quickly, and was easy to use. Instructions are easy to follow.

Over hyped. No gray coverage.. makes your hair orange.
I can’t recommend but if you choose to use this shade please know: don’t start at the roots even if you have grays. I started at the roots and my roots were orange, I looked like a troll doll for a week until I was able to dye my hair darker. The ends of my hair looked nice and golden brownish. But my roots? Ugh. Secondly, this irritated my scalp. The good news is that when I fixed my awful roots the new dye took very well and the new dye covered my greys.
